Destination specialist Cape Verde Experience has launched its new brochure for the 2019/20 season. Featuring accommodation across seven of the 10 islands, it includes island hopping itineraries, a new island of Cape Verde Archipelago Cruise and tailor-made holiday ideas - along with comprehensive information about what the stunning archipelago has to offer, top activities, excursions and experiences.

The operator’s growing collection welcomes back two hotels and features everything from luxury to budget-friendly, popular all-inclusive resorts and long-time customer favourites plus more unique properties. A personal awards scheme is now promoted throughout the brochure to show customers where hotels have excelled.

• NEW Islands of Cape Verde Archipelago Cruise: A superb holiday add-on, this seven-night cruise visits six of the islands and offers a variety of additional on-shore excursions, such as exploring the archipelago’s old capital, Cidade Velha, a registered UNESCO World Heritage Site, and walking tours in the mountains. Cruise dates are 30th November, 7th , 14th & 21st December 2019 and 14th March 2020 departing from Sal. 

• Oasis Praiamar Hotel: Re-added for 2019/20 - Providing an excellent base for exploring the island of Santiago.
  This 3.5 grade hotel is located on Santiago, home to the islands’ capital and oldest settlement, offering a medley of culture, history and great walking. The hotel, just a 5-minute walk from Prainha Beach, provides its guests with a superb setting, perched on top of a rocky promontory overlooking the Atlantic. 

• Pedracin Village: Re-added for 2019/20 - Overlooking the magnificent mountainous scenery of Santo Antão.
  This simple 2.5 grade hotel comprising 20 stone-built bungalows is located in the mountains of Santo Antão, providing a delightful holiday hideaway from its elevated position with spectacular views of the island’s towering green peaks, renowned for fertile craters and cliff-hanging towns. 

• Improvements at Odjo d’Agua Hotel: With its own small sandy beach, in the heart of Santa Maria on Sal.
  This family run, 3.5 grade hotel in Santa Maria, Sal, sits on a rocky promontory enjoying superb sea views and has recently undergone some exciting refurbishments which include a new ocean-front infinity pool. 

• More on tailor-made holidays: The operator showcases more of its tailor-made programme, where customers can choose to incorporate as many islands as they wish into their experience. 

• Holidays are priced from £899pp based on seven nights B&B at Hotel Pontão on the island of Sal, which includes direct flights and private transfers.
