Our growth story has included collaborations with a number of creative culinary partners including acclaimed chefs Matthew Kenney, Justin North, Ian Curley and Hetty McKinnon which has helped us achieve the high standards we have set for ourselves.

The appointment of Vincent will allow us to continue to push the boundaries, improve on existing concepts, and launch our new ventures at Ovolo The Valley in Brisbane, and a new opportunity in South Melbourne. Watch this space for more to come.”
