Executive Chef Lau Yiu Fai, who has been with the restaurant since it opened in 1984, and his team prepare exquisite Cantonese cuisine, using only the finest and freshest seasonal produce, refined Chinese cooking methods with a creative modern presentation.
Yan Toh Heen recently relocated to a stunning new harbourview venue within InterContinental Hong Kong, with the new design by CAP ATELIER inspired by a jade jewellery box which opens to reveal layers of treasured collectibles and discoveries of Cantonese culinary arts.

This is the second year for Rech by Alain Ducasse.to receive 1-Michelin, following its opening in March 2017.
If you love seafood, you'll adore Rech by Alain Ducasse. One of the most famous seafood restaurants in Paris, Rech, founded in 1925 and reborn by Alain Ducasse in 2007, made its international debut in March 2017 at InterContinental Hong Kong. An authentically French seafood experience, it showcases the freshest oysters and fish from France with Chef Alain Ducasse's personal interpretation and contemporary cuisine.
Executive Chef Stéphane Gortina, who has worked with Alain Ducasse for over 13 years at a diverse selection of his global restaurants, has led the kitchen since the restaurant opened.
Rech by Alain Ducasse provides an unforgettable experience that showcases the chef's exclusive know-how in preparing top quality fish and crustaceans, with a modern and relaxed seaside-inspired ambiance and InterContinental Hong Kong's spectacular panoramic harbourviews.
Marie Deroudilhe, who revamped the Parisian restaurant in 2012, designed the Hong Kong outpost with key design elements that are reminiscent of the sea -- the inside of a seashell, a piece of floating wood, drifting clouds, the shimmering sunlight on the surface of the water and waves.
Open daily for dinner and on Saturday and Sunday for lunch.
