SYDNEY, 7 December 2018 – Get ready for a splash as the future King of the Seven Seas , Aquaman as portrayed by Jason Momoa, finally makes his debut at Madame Tussauds Sydney from December 13th, as part of the recently launched Justice League: A Call for Heroes interactive experience.

Joining Justice League's Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as Batman, and Ezra Miller as The Flash, Aquaman is summoning YOU to harness the powers of the sea and help save the world from Lex Luthor's evil corporation, LexCorp!

Developed in collaboration with Warner Bros. Consumer Products on behalf of DC Entertainment, the Madame Tussauds Aquaman is based on Jason Momoa's portrayal and wears the title character's “hero suit” costume that was designed for the upcoming Warner Bros. Pictures epic adventure feature film Aquaman including an authentic replica trident.

“Since launching four of the Justice League's DC Super Heroes in June, we've had so many fans asking us if and when Aquaman will join the Madame Tussauds Sydney family. It not only features Sydney's first moving wax figure, Superman, but utilises state-of-the-art technologies to create sensational, hi-tech experiences and transport guests to Gotham City and Metropolis on an interactive mission to save the world from evil LexCorp.”

Inside the Justice League: A Call for Heroes experience, guests who step foot onto the streets of Gotham City and Metropolis will be asked to join the heroes, completing a thrilling series of hands-on missions to destroy Lex Luthor's hold on the city. After helping Wonder Woman set off an explosion utilizing her gauntlets, lifting a helicopter that's falling from the sky with Superman, calling Batman into action with the Bat-Signal, and running as fast as they can to power The Flash into battle guests will wield Aquaman's powerful trident to call on the creatures of the sea and destroy the energy force controlling the city. Through projection mapping and sound effects, guests will watch the barrier explode and disappear as sense of calm returns to the city.
