The World's Strongest Man, Briton Eddie Hall - nicknamed 'The Beast', was charmed by the beauty and engaging nature of the bottlenose dolphins at Zoomarine, on his family holiday in Vilamoura, Algarve recently.

Accompanied by his two children and wife Alexandra Hall, Eddie took part in the Zoomarine 'Dolphin Emotions' programme, where they learnt about the creatures and how they live. The couple then had a magical experience of meeting and interacting with the bottlenose dolphins within Zoomarine's tropical lagoon.

Interestingly each dolphin weighs about 530 lbs, only 110 pounds more than Eddie's own weight of 410 lbs.

The visit to Zoomarine took part on the anniversary of Eddie's brilliant win at the World's Strongest Man event in Botswana in 2017. In this world title competition, Eddie successfully achieved impressive super-human challenges such as pulling a plane and deadlifting 500kg (half a tonne)!

Eddie Hall was the fourth Brit to win this world competition, 24 years after previous countryman Gary Taylor.
