SHREVEPORT-BOSSIER, LA – Organizers of the 32nd Annual Let the Good Times Roll Festival have announced details of the event, which is scheduled to take place, June 15-17, in downtown Shreveport's Festival Plaza. The festival features three days of live music as well as food and drink vendors, arts and crafts booths, activities for kids, and more. Admission to the festival is $10 per day or $25 for a weekend pass. Weekend passes may be purchased at Eventbrite.com. The Let the Good Times Roll Festival includes aunique mix of live hip-hop, R&B, zydeco, and gospel music on two stages. Mainstage headliners for the 2018 event include: Jeter Jones, 9-10:15 p.m., Friday, June 15; Chris Ardoin and Nustep Zydeco, 10:30-11:45 p.m.; Friday, June 15; Luster Baker, 8-9 p.m., Saturday, June 16; Shilo and Mademoiselle, 9:15 p.m., Saturday, June 16; Webbie, 10-10:45 p.m., Saturday, June 16; Juvenile, 11-11:45 p.m., Saturday, June 16; Keith Frank and the Soileau Zydeco Band, 6:35-8 p.m., Sunday, June 17; Chanté Moore, 8:15-8:55 p.m., Sunday, June 17; and Carl Thomas, 9-10:45 a.m., Sunday, June 17. The Let the Good Times Roll Festival is organized and presented annually by Rho Omega and Friends, Inc. The mission of Rho Omega and Friends, Inc. is to uplift the community and improve quality of life for its residents. The festival is a fundraiser benefiting Project Manhood, an organization that provides scholarships for African American males pursuing higher levels of education.
