Kudhva is a one of a kind glamping site, close to Tintagel, on the wild north Cornwall coast. Once a slate quarry, it's was bought and re-imagined in to an off-grid escape that opened in summer 2017. Kudhva celebrates its heritage, but also provides a natural playground for its guests. You can go wild swimming in the lake (complete with stunning waterfall), take a yoga class, go foraging for food, grab a lift to great surfing beaches or hike the nearby South West Coastal Path. The site is also available for hiring for retreats, parties and weddings.

With so much to do, you will be tired at the end of the day and the two sleeping options are remarkable! You may wish to sleep in a unique Kudhva - a three-legged, asymmetrical hideaway that sits eight feet off the ground. Thanks to their height, these two-man dwellings offer great views and are super-comfy thanks to luxurious bedding and fabulous fixtures. From the outside the Kudhva's are like nothing you've seen before and once you're inside, you'll be able to relax an unwind away from the trappings of day-to-day life. Or why not choose to sleep in a tensile tree tent? These are also set high up and can be suspended wherever you wish. You could sleep in the heart-stopping heights above the reservoir, or the fairytale location among the willows in the woodland. Awake in the peace and tranquility of nature to yet more stunning views.
