Asia's premier wellness resort Amatara collaborates with Vitallife to grow Thailand's wellness industry
Amatara Wellness Resort, one of Southeast Asia's premier wellness resorts & destination spas, has entered into collaborative agreement with Vitallife Wellness Center, to introduce a new Wellness program, with a holistic approach to ensure guests gain the ultimate benefits out of it.
The agreement between Amatara Wellness Resort and Vitallife Wellness Center covers operations that include the development of healthy retreat programs for clients. It will also introduce integrative healthcare consulting and vitamin supplement dispensation by medical specialists at Vitallife Wellness Center. The signing focuses on promoting Amatara's “Holistic Vitality Program” which has three aspects:
Physical: through examination of body composition and physical analysis and the providing of services including physiotherapy, spa treatments (Amatara Signature Massage, Thai Hammam treatment, Traditional Thai massage, Thai Yoga Massage, and Thai Thermal Therapy), Ayurvedic treatments (Abhyanga, Kati Vasti, Shirodara), detoxifying and draining slimming treatments, Fitness classes and Activity (TRX, Thai Boxing, Pilates Reformer, Pilates on Mat, Kinesis, Core bag and Kettle Bell Training, Personal Training, Stretching, Swimming and Water Aerobic).
Mind & Emotional: through supportive stress management activities such as Yoga therapy, Pranayama- the Art of Yoga Breathing, Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness Meditation and Life coaching.
Inner Vitality & Holistic program: through the holistic approach and personalisation of treatments, activities, nutrition and supplements for each individual guest based on the result of Vitality Holistic Index testing.
The program is for 5 day and 4 nights, including accommodation, individual wellness consultation, 3 nutritious meals per night stay, selected treatments and activities, Vitallife Wellness Centre's Holistic Vitality blood testing, doctor consultation and personalised supplements and vitamin for guests to continue their holistic longevity at home.
