COX & KINGS LAUNCHES NEW SHORT BREAK RETRACING STEPS OF NEW FILM

To celebrate the UK cinema release of Finding Your Feet on 23 February, Cox & Kings has introduced a new short break to Rome, following in the steps of the casts' weekend trip to the Eternal City. The all-star cast – including Imelda Staunton, Celia Imrie, Timothy Spall, David Hayman and Joanna Lumley – of this hilarious and heart-warming romantic comedy reminds us that it is never too late to find your feet and create new life experiences.

Priced from £1,495 per person, Cox & Kings' 5-day Finding Your Feet in Rome tour visits the major sights across the city with a private guide and also includes a visit to a local market with a chef to source fresh ingredients for a private cooking class, followed by a tasty lunch of the dishes you have prepared. Stay in the sumptuous art deco surroundings of the Hotel Baglioni Regina, reminiscent of scenes from the classic Italian film 'La Dolce Vita', and where the film's characters stay during their own adventure to Rome.

Price includes international flights, transfers, excursions, accommodation with breakfast daily, and lunch at the cooking class.

Cox & Kings is the world's longest established travel company. Its history stretches back more than 250 years to 1758 when Richard Cox was appointed regimental agent to the Foot Guards (later the Grenadier Guards). The company's fortunes grew hand in hand with the British empire and by the early 20th century the company was acting as agent and banker throughout the armed forces and as a shipping agent. In 1922 Cox & Co merged with the Henry S King bank, which had strong connections with India. The bank became part of Lloyds and the shipping agency grew separately, evolving into the modern travel company.

Today, built on the high quality service and attention to detail established by Richard Cox in the 18th century, the company continues to flourish as an independent tour operator, with operations in London, the US, Japan, Australia and throughout India. Cox & Kings organises escorted small-group tours and private tailor-made travel in the Indian Subcontinent, Latin America, the Middle East, the Far East, Africa, Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific, and the Caribbean.
