Christmas at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife officially starts on 16 December with a glistening ceremony to mark the switching-on of the spectacular Christmas tree lights. Kicking-off the most rocking Christmas in Tenerife to date, the start of the Christmas season will also be marked with dazzling entertainment and live performances from the island's top artists.

In true Spanish style, Christmas Eve will be an unforgettable day for the whole family. Kids can enjoy their own special celebration at themed event; 'My Favourite Rock Star' at the Hard Rock Roxity Kids Club. Featuring rock star themed face painting, a balloon party, a special 'kid-friendly' Christmas punch and many more treats, children will be the true stars of the show. Families can also enjoy a special Christmas Eve gala dinner with a spectacular Christmas buffet. The real treat however is on Christmas Day with a very special visit from Father Christmas who in true Hard Rock style will make an appearance on a Harley Davidson loaded with gifts and treats.

New Year's Eve at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife will be celebrated with a remarkable gala dinner served in the lagoon area of ​​the hotel. The multi-course gourmet menu includes fresh fish and seafood, the highest quality sirloin steaks and innovative desserts such as nougat semi-freddo and refreshing lemon, mint and black vodka sorbets, all enjoyed alongside a world-class entertainment. The party is also available for non-guests.

The most awaited moment of New Year's Eve will come with the traditional clock chimes, which in Spain is celebrated with 12 grapes, one eaten on each chime, and spectacular fireworks marking the end of 2017 and a jubilant start to 2018. The late-night party starts at 00.30 and continues until 06.00am in the morning and will have a "Studio 54" theme allowing guests to dazzle in their best outfits and dance until dawn to the best songs of the 80s. Kids and teenagers will have their own entertainment with alcohol-free cocktails, celebrity-style photo shoots and their own dedicated menus. With live performances from Dream Team Reload, fresh from the 'Children of the 80s' party circuit in Ibiza and Tenerife, the rocking atmosphere at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife will flood the island full of lights, music and celebratory atmosphere on the most special night of the year.
