Throw your soggy sandwiches in the rubbish and make your way to Burn City Pop-Up at Grand Hyatt Melbourne every Monday to Wednesday for the most mouthwatering lunch offer on Collins Street, just $22 for our signature Smoked Brisket Burger and Sample Brew.
The most delicious and smokey Southern American BBQ flavours have come to Grand Hyatt Melbourne this winter, led by the kings of meat Steve Kimonides and Raphael Guthrie of Burn City Smokers. Working closely with our Executive Chef Jason Camillo, the Burn City team have created a succulent menu from the freshest local ingredients, in line with Hyatt's food philosophy; Food. Thoughtfully Sourced. Carefully Served.
The melt in your mouth Smoked Brisket Burger with pickles comes dripping in BBQ sauce and mustard, perfectly accompanied by a Sample IPA 'Tinnie', brewed locally in Collingwood. Bright citrus and vibrant pinewood hop flavours are exemplified by a light and complex malt profile that gives the brew a seriously specific, yet full-flavoured India Pale Ale.
Also on the menu you can select from delectable slow cooked ribs, chicken, pork and duck, along with traditional American BBQ side dishes, and of course rich and decadent desserts. Starters from $4 and mains from $17.
