Castle House is Hereford's boutique city hotel, just yards from the fabulous Cathedral which houses the earliest map of the world, the Mappa Mundi.  The hotel is the perfect place to base yourself if visiting this beautiful, unspoiled part of the country. A visit to the hotel owner's nearby Ballingham Hall, a Grade II listed 18th century manor house with beautiful gardens as well as a fully working farm that provides much of the local produce to the hotel and The Joy and Pleasure of Cider and Food with Herefordshire's Cider Ambassador, Tom Oliver.
