Presented in a buffet spread, be welcomed by a selection of hors d'oeuvres and an array of luscious seafood on ice. Observe Christmas and Boxing Day with a luxurious brunch affair beginning with an assortment of enticing seafood, with Freshly Shucked Oysters, Black Mussels, Alaskan King Crab and Boston Lobster and delicate canapés including Scallop and Pork Belly Brochette with Green Peppercorn and Carrot Emulsion and Cauliflower Risotto Arancini with Smoked Bacon Jam. On Christmas Day, pamper loved ones with a buffet spread of excellent plates like Oven-baked Sea Bass Fillet with Roasted Parsnips and Pomegranate Sauce and classic French Coq Au Vin in Red Wine Sauce. Alongside these are a selection of comforting Asian plates, including Flat Noodles in Light Laksa Sauce with Baked Sea Bass and Poached Chicken, and a selection of exquisite Dim Sum delights.

Await the arrival of the New Year with a luscious dinner buffet spread, and initiate the evening with butler-passed canapés such as Tomato Crab Meat Roulade with Virgin Bloody Mary Vinaigrette and Chilled Rock Melon Soup with Mint and Pernod served with a Honeydew and Watermelon Skewer.

Relish in an indelible Christmas 6-course experience beginning with Eel “In Carpione” with Polenta, Raisins and Pickled Vegetables, followed by Smoked Double Chicken Consommé with Cappelletti Pasta, Seared Foie Gras and Poached Quail Egg. Then, savour the Passatelli Pasta in Parmesan Cream Sauce, Porcini Mushrooms and Natural Meat, and Tempura of Gianchetti with Sautéed Artichokes and a Stew of Whelk Sauce. Revel in a lavish brunch with chilled Prosecco and a delicious spread of antipastos including Steamed Asparagus with Parmesan and Sundried Tomatoes, Marinated Vegetables, Caponata Siciliana and Beetroot along with a tantalising selection of cold cuts and cheeses. Delight in Barolo Wine Canaroli Rice with Char-grilled Radicchio, and Home-made Tagliolini Ai Frutti di Mare with Scallops, Clams, Mussels, Prawns and Calamari.
