Stamford Plaza Adelaide - Adam Forth Becomes South Australian State Director - Les Clef d'Or

Stamford Hotels and Resorts

Stamford Plaza Adelaide's status as an exceptional five-star hotel has been further enhanced with the election of our Chief Concierge, Mr Adam Forth to the position of State Director for the South Australian chapter of the international organisation of hotel Concierge - Les Clefs d'Or.

Established in Cannes in 1952, Les Clef d'Or awards members with the gold crossed keys, an honour reserved for a highly select number of service professionals who continually demonstrate the highest level of care for their guests.

The distinctive gold keys worn on the lapel of Les Clefs d'Or members are recognised by travellers around the world and identify the bearer as a true professional in their chosen career.  Each member of the Society strives to consistently provide the most caring, attentive service to their guests and to work in a manner reflective of Les Clefs d'Or's motto, "In Service through Friendship."

Adam's continued efforts in fostering the concierge community within Adelaide has been recognised by his peers with Australian chapter President Les Clefs d'Or Peter McBrearty commenting “Adam's natural flair for customer service as well as his can-do attitude has led to this prestigious honour”.

Russell Cool, Area General Manager, Stamford Hotels & Resorts, said “this honour is testimony to Adam's passion for excellence and his continued fostering of the Les Clefs d'Or's society to drive the service standards amongst his peers”.
