New York, NY (May 24, 2016) –At IPW 2016, Broadway Inbound will introduce travel industry partners to multiple platform enhancements supporting their current product offerings and booking system. These new digital features will reinforce the organization's current position as the leading, global group and FIT ticketing provider.
In an effort to streamline Broadway Inbound and Telecharge Group Sales' offerings under parent company the Shubert Organization, Broadway Inbound will launch a brand new website in the summer of 2016. It will be responsive, to aid the user experience on a variety of devices, from desktop, to mobile, to tablet.
Goals of the site include simplifying the purchasing process for current clients, adding functionality for new and return users, and implementing tools to enhance the travel to Broadway experience.
These tools are intended to assist travel professionals in servicing their clients, and will include news items, workshop information, and planning guidelines for various demographics. In addition, there will be a Facebook login option for users, and the ability to share content to social media platforms, among additional new capabilities.
