NINE ESTAS FOR BELVOIR!

Landlords and tenants vote Belvoir as top agent

Belvoir scooped a fantastic nine awards at the ESTAS 2016, with eight offices receiving Gold and Silver regional awards and the company winning Silver for Best Letting Agent in the UK.

The ESTAS, sponsored by the Zoopla Property Group, celebrated their 13th year, and are unique in the industry with results based purely on customer feedback. Throughout the course of this year's competition customers from across the UK completed over 30,000 questionnaires.

TV property guru Phil Spencer hosted the awards at a lavish luncheon and ceremony, at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane London.

“For many customers moving home is one of the most stressful experiences of their lives,” said Phil. “It is our job as agents, mortgage brokers, conveyancers or developers to help make the journey as smooth as possible. It only takes one bad apple to reflect badly on the others so it's crucial everyone provides the high quality service the customer expects and deserves. For this reason The ESTAS recognises all firms involved in the buying and selling process. Agents, brokers, conveyancers and developers are all judged in exactly the same way, purely on customer feedback.”
