Notes to Editors:
Hillbrooke operates three hotels in the South and East of England under the banner of 'Quirky Luxury'. What sets a Hillbrooke property apart is it's location; each one is the closest independently-owned hotel on the grounds of some of England's finest heritage sites and attractions. The Beaulieu estate in Hampshire and the Burghely Estate in Lincolnshire.
The Bull & Swan is a traditional pub in Stamford with 9 luxurious rooms, and frequented (we think) by the infamous 1684 Burghley House drinking club called The Honourable Order of Little Bedlam. 01780 766 412 thebullandswan.co.uk
The William Cecil not only lies within the magnificent Burghely Estate, but is home to the CLA Game Fair Chef of the Year Phil Kent. Voted one of the best places to live by The Times in the UK. thewilliamcecil.co.uk 01780 750 070
The Master Builder's has beautiful undisturbed views over the Beaulieu River and set at the end of the grassy street that is Buckler's Hard village, it is difficult to imagine a more picturesque setting for a hotel on the whole of the South coast of England. Situated on the Beaulieu estate in the New Forest National Park and just a few minutes drive from Beaulieau Palace and the National Motor Museum. themasterbuilders.co.uk 01590 616 253
