With Easter just around the corner, InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort Executive Chef Parashuram Pathak and his team have crafted the ultimate in Easter-inspired buffets for a bespoke dining experience this Good Friday and Easter Sunday.

Cove Café presents a stunning dinner buffet this Good Friday, featuring an array of local market-fresh seafood including grilled salmon, romesco prawns and wild barramundi with baby fennel. With a fresh salad bar, appetizers including Byron Bay artisan salumi and hot carvery selections, there is truly something for the whole family.

As a tradition steeped in chocolate, indulge in the Easter-inspired dessert buffet with hand-made delicacies by the hotel's award-winning pasty team.

Prices: Adults $55, children (5-12 years) $27.40; children under 4 dine free.
Cove Café is available for two seatings, 5:30pm-7:30pm or 8:00pm-10:00pm

Spend this Easter Sunday celebrating with a decadent lunch buffet at Cove Café, designed exclusively with the freshest seasonal produce across the hot and cold stations including market-fresh seafood with squid ink linguini, seafood marinara with fresh herbs and grilled local barramundi with grilled pineapple salsa to name a few.

Enjoy a complimentary glass of sparkling wine on arrival and don't forget to indulge in the dessert buffet, complete with signature mango and blackcurrant mascarpone mousse, spiced rhubarb and apple tart tatin and Easter creations with a chocolate twist.

Hop back to your youth and rediscover the art of chocolate egg hunts with live entertainment from our solo guitarist. Our little guests will be treated to face painting and activities on the lawn, as well as an Easter hunt for all resort and dining guests at 1:30pm on the Marina Lawn.
