Cultural Adventures in Venice 24-28 October 2015

Marrakech is Morocco's fourth largest city. Situated in the Northwest at the foothills of the Atlas mountains, it is known as the 'red city' due to the blush coloured walls that surround it. At its heart you will find year-round sunshine, Africa's largest market square (Djemaa el Fna) and colourful souks piled high with glimmering lamps, bright spices, delicacies, exquisite carpets, rugs and leather.


Learn traditional bookbinding skills with artist Sarah Livingstone and create your own journal inspired by your surroundings on this vibrant Skyros-in-Marrakech holiday. Salsa in Cuba 15-25 February 2016

Havana, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is one of the oldest, grandest and safest cities in the Americas. It is also one of the loveliest. Its beguiling ice-cream coloured colonial buildings, the high concentration of museums and galleries, the stunning vibrancy of Cuban music and dance and the charismatic habaneros give it a cultural punch.

You can expect optional early morning yoga classes, talks on Cuban history and culture, guided tours, partnered salsa classes and visits to local salsa clubs. The history and culture talks are particularly interesting as you will hear first-hand what life is like living in Havana, particularly at this pivotal time for Cuba.

Havana is the perfect place to learn Cuba's national dance – Salsa. Our authentic Cuban style Salsa classes are facilitated by a top dance tutor. Each participant has a local Cuban dance partner who will always be there to mentor each person's progress and ensure a high quality learning experience.

Yoga & Mindfulness in Thailand 17-28 January 2016

Skyros-in-Thailand offers a selection of courses, ranging from yoga and life coaching to writing, meditation and more on Ao Wong Duean beach on Koh Samed island. Courses are informal, often held on the beach or in a private, air-conditioned group room.

Ao Wong Duean beach has restaurants, many serving fresh seafood barbeques. If you take a truck taxi to Ao Phai you will find the famous Silver Sands, (a firm favourite with Skyrians in the past) with its fire juggling show and new moon parties, Reggae Pub and Naga Bar.

In a focused and yet playful way, experience how Ken Eyerman integrates Yoga with Feldenkrais. These yoga classes and moving meditation sessions are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

April in Grand Riviere, Trinidad, marks one of the most important events in the world's eco-calendar. Your beach-front hotel is set amidst colourful rainforests with rare endangered species just moments away.
