Tee Off in Thailand...with the Sarojin's New Golf Package!

The Sarojin

Thailand's multi-award winning boutique resort, The Sarojin, has developed a luxury-focused, six-night golf package for guests to tee off in style at the brand new, 18-hole championship Katathong Golf Course, which opened in picturesque Phang Nga earlier this year.

Nestled in 'The Valley of Dreams', the newly-developed Katathong Golf Course is just a short drive from The Sarojin and is surrounded by three stunning, misty mountains. The 72-par course offers lush green mountain views from every angle with courses that following the natural contours of the land featuring undulating hills, sand traps and a beautiful natural reservoir with an abundance of natural waterfalls and streams.

As part of The Sarojin's new golf package, guests will transfer by luxury car to practise their swing with two rounds of 18-hole golf for two people (four rounds in total) at Katathong Golf Course, inclusive of green fees, an experienced caddie and personal golf carts for each player. Golfers can enjoy the challenges offered by Katahong's narrow fairways and tricky courses constructed on a former tin mine, while gaining an insight into Phang Nga's mining heritage from the 15th century and developing a deeper respect for nature, with the numerous historical lakes and meandering streams to test their golfing skills.

A perfect option for golf enthusiasts, The Sarojin is ideally placed within easy reach of a further four 18-hole golf courses in southern Thailand: Tap La Mu, situated next to the beach; Blue Canyon, flanked by rubber plantations; Ratchaprapa Dam, surrounded by a natural lake; and Mission Hills, a Jack Nicklaus designed course nestled among coastal mangrove forests. The variety of experiences are just as fruitful back at The Sarojin where guests can choose, if they wish, to enjoy a huge range of personalised guest excursions, indulgent treatments at the resort's award-winning spa, superb cuisine at its two gourmet restaurants or simply unwind in luxury surroundings by the hotel's infinity-edged swimming pool or on the resort's 11km white sand beach after an enjoyable day of golf in the Thai sunshine.

Prices for The Sarojin's new, 6-night golf package start from THB 66,300 (approximately GBP 1,272) for two people, inclusive of six nights' accommodation in a luxury Garden Residence with daily all-day á la carte breakfast served with sparkling wine; two 18-hole rounds of golf per person (four rounds for two people) with private transfers to the course, green fees, caddie and golf cart per person; and return airport transfers by luxury car to/from Phuket International Airport. Package price is valid until 31st October 2015. EVA Air (www.evaair.com) offers direct flights to Thailand from London Heathrow, with return airfares from £550 per person.
