PATTAYA, Thailand – April 20, 2015 – To celebrate its fifth anniversary, Hilton Pattaya is introducing its latest corporate responsibility initiative, “The Charity Teddy Bear for Habitat for Humanity Thailand”. The objective is to raise funds to support the Habitat for Humanity Thailand (HFH), the project that helps poverty by providing decent housing, improving their quality of life and provide response and solution for natural disaster recovery.

“We have started the year with the calendar donation project for the visually impaired and will continue to support humanitarian projects in partnership with HFH to help low-income families and people impacted by natural disasters,” said Rudolf Troestler, general manager, Hilton Pattaya. “For this fund-raising project, we would like to invite guests to participate in this charity by purchasing a teddy bear as all profits from the sale of the bears will go to HFH.”

“This is not just simply a Teddy Bear.  It is also a message of hope - making big differences to families in need,” said Smith Jingkaojai, chief executive officer, Habitat for Humanity Thailand.

The adorable teddy bear comes in two limited editions: different characters and outfits – the Joyful Bear in jumper outfits (April – July 2015) and the Friendly Bear (August – November 2015) at only THB 499 nett. These adorable teddy bears are available for sale from April 7, 2015 at Hilton Pattaya.
