The brand delivered the same excellence in travel writing and photography with a fierce dedication to sound and independent advice as its older sister and quickly become the market leader for outbound travel.

Quentin Long co-founded Australia's fastest growing travel media company, Australian Traveller Media in 2005. The company's founding product, Australian Traveller magazine quickly became the best selling travel magazine in the country.
Known for its editorial independence, savvy reporting and supreme photography, Long quickly became a sought after media commentator on travel. From 2006 he has held weekly radio segments across the country and regular TV appearances commentating on issues and destinations for news and lifestyle programs. He currently has a weekly segment on TV with CH9's Mornings program. He also is a weekly guest on several state wide ABC radio programs and a monthly specialist Sydney's leading radio station ABC702.
In 2012 he launched International Traveller, which went on to eclipse sister title Australian Traveller as the best selling travel magazine in the country.

I am Head of Content at Australian Traveller Media, where I am responsible for managing our editorial team and developing the overarching strategy for both print and digital, including content, social, SEO and email. I commission, edit, write and source engaging and unique travel stories to inspire and connect our Australian Traveller and International Traveller audiences to their next travel destination.
Previously, I was Managing Editor of beautyheaven at Are Media, Editor of Babyology and worked at Fairfax Media for 5 years in a variety of roles including Deputy Editor of Essential Kids.
