I write long-form narrative travel shaped by time, distance and encounter. My work follows slow journeys in which people and place shape one another, and separation gives way to something shared. Drawn to remote and marginal landscapes, I often travel on foot over long distances, documenting extended journeys through sparsely inhabited regions. I'm interested in how movement alters our experience of silence, and how silence reshapes what it means to belong. In 2026, I was a finalist for the Bradt New Travel Writer of the Year at the Edward Stanford Travel Writing Awards, having been commended in 2025.
