Chef Takeshi turns up the heat to flame grill the sashimi and highlight the delicious flavours of the fish oil.  Let's start with the tantalising flavours of the Flame-seared Salmon with Yuzu and Sesame, simply pairing with appetizing yuzu sesame sauce, what an addictive delight you must want for more! Flavour-wise, enticing your taste bud with Flame-seared Yellowtail Tataki with Ponzu and Myoga Sauce, served along the sour sauce, pulling all the fresh favours together in a bit that you will never forget.

 

Prepare to fill the stomach? Let's indulge in our sushi selection with a twist of wrapping the sushi with thin strip of fresh Japanese greenhouse cucumber to replace the traditional seaweed. Seafood lovers should not miss the Flame-seared Scallop with Uni Gunkun, the joint texture of tender flamed scallop together with an aroma of sea urchin permeated in the rice, simple but tasty.
