The milestone event, attended by over 300 guests, marks the founding of the acclaimed Howard Hotels, Resorts & Suites brand. The group's Chairman Emeritus, Liao Hsiu Chong, and Chairman, Paul Liao hosted the event at the Howard Plaza Hotel welcoming guest of honor David Hsieh, Taiwan Tourism Bureau Deputy Director.
