We are pleased to inform you that Thierry Drapeau from the two Michelin Starred Relais & Châteaux restaurant “La Chabotterie” and Thierry Bouchon from Domaine Saint Nicolas,  the best wine grower in Vendée, will enhance the prestigious cuisines of our two establishments.

 

Join us on Wednesday 17th December at Constance Le Prince Maurice &  Join us on Saturday 20th December at Constance Belle Mare Plage.

 

The region of Vendée plays a major part in the current and past French history of Gastronomy. Thierry Michon is the emblematic character of the Domaine Saint Nicolas and he runs this 32 hectares vineyard of biodynamic cultures (no synthetic chemical product since 1995) to extract the very best of every grape-variety. It is through absolute respect for nature that Thierry Michon produces his exceptional wines.


     
Thierry Drapeau is a great Relais & Châteaux two Michelin starred chef. Inspired by the marvels that Vendée offers him, this passionate chef develops an inventive and creative cuisine which will seduce the most demanding taste buds.
