Ibiza, Spain – April, 2023: Villa Mercedes, a beautifully converted villa turned restaurant in San Antonio's yacht harbour and hallmark of the Mambo Group, has announced its reopening for the 2023 season this May - now taking bookings. The Ibiza restaurant offers elevated Mediterranean cuisine paired with world-class service perfect for visitors, families and locals of the island.

Proudly overlooking the stylish San Antonio marina and surrounded by a magnificent landscaped garden, Villa Mercedes is a restaurant that combines traditional Spanish-style cooking techniques with new and innovative modern flavours.

Built as an authentic Ibicencan villa with great love and care in 1901, the venue was then transformed into an elegant restaurant in 1999. A location rich in history, Villa Mercedes holds a very special place in the heart of San Antonio. It is one of the only venues left in the area true to the authentic charm of the classic grand and traditional summer villa's popular on the island in the 20th century. 

This beautiful place treats its visitors to a truly unique Spanish atmosphere, making Villa Mercedes a much sought-after destination on the west side of the island. New experiences await for the 2023 season, including a revamped kitchen that provides guests with an intimate dining experience and experiential showcase of classic island dishes.

The Mediterranean menu offers an explosion of Mediterranean-fusion flavours and special dishes prepared on the charcoal grill, all made with the freshest local and seasonal produce. It combines a mix of tapas, sophisticated salads, fresh fish and meaty classics. Embracing the Spanish approach to dining, guests can connect over a social menu featuring something for everyone. The menu is suitable for vegans and vegetarians, as well as for the little ones.
