Two Michelin Stars Celebrity Chef Cheng Kam Fu Makes His First Guest Appearance in Taipei

Le Palais Chinese Restaurant at Palais de Chine Hotel, Taipei invited Chef Mak Kwai Pui of the renowned Tim Ho Wan, Hong Kong's one Michelin Starred dim sum restaurant to Taiwan in June this year and shared his quality dim sum at bargain prices with gourmet lovers. This October, Le Palais Chinese Restaurant will bring in two Michelin stars celebrity chef Cheng Kam Fu of Celebrity Cuisine, who is known for his classic Cantonese cuisine, to make his first appearance in Taipei. Le Palais will host a "Two Michelin Starred Celerity Dinner" on the evenings of October 16th and 17th, priced at NT$6,800 +10% service charge per person, for a maximum of 150 person each night. Dinner menu includes Chef Cheng's signature dish "deep-fried chicken wings stuffed with bird's nest", a dish that is common in Cantonese cuisine, and now the chicken wings are stuffed with top grade bird's nest from Indonesia that costs NT$50,000 per catty and deep fried to a perfect golden colour, one bite and the juicy bird's nest burst in your mouth with tantalizing flavours; "Deep-fried crispy baby pigeon" so tender that it simply melts in your mouth; "Stir-fried signature vermicelli" that uses not even a single drop of oil yet full of flavours; the specialty ginseng fruit and red dates tea, and more ... all are Chef Cheng's creations not to be missed.
