Jumeirah Carlton Tower is delighted to announce the return of The Rib Room Bar & Restaurant (www.theribroom.co.uk), following an extensive refurbishment by Martin Brudnizki. Half a century after its opening, The Rib Room has been reinvented for the 21st century, offering guests the world class Jumeirah standard of service for the next fifty years and beyond.
Heralding an exciting new era for this bastion of great British cuisine, the legendary Knightsbridge institution is now home to a glamorous cocktail bar and three beautifully designed private dining areas.
Head Chef, Ian Rudge, has redefined the menu with a selection of modern British dishes that includes the signature grain fed Casterbridge Roast Rib of Beef. A set lunch is available for just £19 for two courses or £25 for three courses offering exceptional value.
An extensive wine list is presented on fully interactive iPads, featuring tasting notes from The Rib Room's new Head Sommelier, Louise Gordon.
The new cocktail bar is a sophisticated choice for those who are looking to enjoy imaginative cocktails in relaxed and elegant surroundings. Its menu references the London dandies of the 19th century, with highlights including the flaming Blazer cocktail and the Gin & Bitters experience.
Taking design inspiration from The Rib Room's fifty-year history, three private dining rooms, seating sixteen, twelve and eight guests respectively, are the perfect choice for intimate gatherings or corporate events.
