� Welcoming Foot Ritual Guests are invited to leave any worries and negative energy behind at the door with this traditional welcome. Individual needs will be assessed while guests enjoy a relaxing foot massage. � Reviving Full Body Massage This massage uses revitalising essential oils of grapefruit, juniper and rosemary to rebalance and energize the body. The pressure-point massage relieves deep-seated muscle tension, increases blood circulation and promotes a positive flow of energy throughout the body. The treatment uses 100% pure essential oils and products from Aromatherapy Associates. � Scalp Massage A deep scalp massage to ease away any remaining stress and leave the body fully relaxed.

� Detoxifying Drink The treatment ends with a detoxifying glass of juice to cleanse the inner self and achieve full revitalisation from within.
