Practice the Sun Salutation as the sun rises and sets along world-famous Grace Bay beach at a three-day luxury yoga retreat this spring at The Somerset on Grace Bay, Turks and Caicos.

From May 5 to 9, 2014, licensed yoga instructor Christina Wypijewska will help guests to experience the healing energy of the ocean, warmth of the sun, and the transformational powers of fluid movement and meditation. Ideal for all skill levels, the retreat will focus each day on a different yoga philosophy and include sunrise meditation on the beach, an energizing morning flow yoga practice and a more gentle sunset yoga practice. In addition, there will be special sessions for paddleboard yoga, exploring energy body awareness and ayurvedic healing practices.

A 500-hour trained instructor, Christina teaches a blend of vinyasa, gentle flow, and restorative yoga, for three full days of yoga bliss. This will be her first retreat offered in Turks and Caicos.
