The Mustique Company serves up an Ace with their inaugural Mustique Tennis Week.
Wake up to a blissful Caribbean morning and then hit the courts for 3 hours a day of world-class coaching and round robin match play, putting your new-found skills to the test.
Resident professional coach and local legend, Richard Schaffer will be joined, in putting players through their paces by former tennis pro and ATP Certified International Coach, Slaven Ovuka founder of SelecTennis. With over 24 years experience, Slaven has established and run a series of successful coaching clinics around the world and trained with some of the best world ranked professionals of the past and present.
The 20 hour programme is designed to give players the most comprehensive understanding of the game adapted to their skill level. Using a unique coaching methodology, players will learn new stroke techniques, develop creative thinking on court and increase mental and physical flexibility.
Whilst mornings will be spent on court, afternoons will be free to enjoy all the benefits of this magical island…
Stroll off the court and into the spa for a signature ‘Aloe and Lavendar Wrap’, to calm tired muscles or hit the beach and continue an activity filled agenda with some of the best sailing and scuba diving on offer in the Caribbean…. Or do …. Absolutely nothing… after all you’ve earned it!
So… where to stay?
Mustique offers guests an intimate and spoiling boutique hotel experience in The Cotton House Hotel, a colonial style gem with just 17 bedrooms.
Or take your pick from one of the 75 villas available to rent on the island. There is something for everyone as these stunning houses vary from 2 bedroom barefoot beachside boltholes to jaw-dropping cliff top uber-villas sleeping up to 18. All of these villas are fully staffed and have their own vehicles so that guests can whizz around the island.
