The new stores that have recently opened include Swim 'n Sport, Ruum American Kid's Wear, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Blast Blow Dry Bar, Bruegger's Bagels, Foreign Exchange and Victorinox Swiss Army.  The new retailers complement Mall of America's other 520 stores featuring designer brand goods and a wide array of clothing, shoes, jewelry, electronics and accessories.

Mall of America offers tax-free shopping on clothing and shoes.  It hosts 42 million visitors annually from around the world.  More people visit the Mall of America yearly than the combined populations of South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa and Canada.

In addition to world-class shopping, Mall of America is a top family travel destination and offers many attractions for hours of family fun.  Nickelodeon Universe, in the center of the Mall, is the largest U.S. indoor amusement park with 30 exciting rides.  The Mall also features a large aquarium, miniature golf, ropes climbing course, mirror maze, LEGO Imagination Center, 14 theatres, flight simulators and 50 restaurants.

Over 50 hotels are located with 10 minutes of Mall of America, all offering free shuttle service to the Mall and MSP International Airport.  In addition, Radisson Blu Mall of America opened on March 15, 2013 - the first hotel to be physically connected to the Mall. Convenient Light Rail Train connects Mall of America to the airport and downtown Minneapolis.
