Lefay Resort & Spa Launches New Health Programmes For The Summer

Lefay Resorts

Lefay Resort & Spa, overlooking Lake Garda in Italy, has launched two new programmes to boost energy levels and to revitalise the skin after the effects of the summer heat.

The 'summer health special' and 'summer wellness special' programmes bring together treatments and massages designed to revive and rejuvenate.

Situated above the picturesque village of Gargnano, the luxury eco spa resort is the perfect place to relax, re-energise and rehydrate the body.  It is surrounded by acres of parkland, woods and olive trees, with spectacular views across the lake.

The three night 'summer wellness special' focuses on restoring the mineral salts and trace elements lost through the summer's heat.  The programme is aimed at regenerating and refreshing the skin.  Guests will receive an extra virgin olive oil and salt body scrub, a mineralising aromatic Dead Sea mud pack, a soothing body aroma-massage with lemon balm essential oil, a mineralising body bath with Dead Sea salts and essential oils and a face sculpting massage and soothing mask containing lemon balm.  The cost for three nights accommodation including breakfast and treatments is £799 (990 euros) per person.

The five night 'summer health special' programme aims to restore energy, which has been sapped by the heat.  It starts with an initial examination to assess energy levels, followed by a beauty consultation and postural analysis (if required).  The treatments include personalised photo-aromatherapy, an energy body scrub and a personalised energy body massage.  Guests will benefit from individual tuina massages, energy facial and hydro-aromatherapy sessions with essential oils.  Guests will be given a guided walk in the energy and therapeutic garden and take part in activities such as Qi Gong, Tai Qi and yoga.  Before leaving, guests will be given a final examination with a check-up report and recommendations.  The cost for five nights accommodation including breakfast, lunch and dinner, including water and treatments is £1,593  (1,990 euros) per person.

The summer health specials are available until 15 September 2014.

Flights to Verona are available with BA, easyjet and Are Lingus.
