This week, Le Cordon Bleu Australia announced the 2015 winners of the Le Cordon Bleu Master of Gastronomic Tourism Scholarships for professionals working in Media, Hospitality or Education.

Having received numerous high calibre applications this year, with a strong international representation, including applicants based in the Middle East, Hong Kong and the US, it was a competitive contest for the sought-after scholarships.

These targeted scholarships, worth $5300 AUS each, are given in the spirit of better education, recognising that people working in the industry are also keen to improve their skills and broaden their knowledge.

The Winners of the 2015 Le Cordon Bleu Master of Gastronomic Tourism Scholarships are:

Education Scholarship Melissa Maria DENKINGER, from Western Australia

Media Scholarship Rachel Leonie Sylvia DUFFELL, from Hong Kong

Industry Scholarship Julie MCMURTRIE, from Queensland

“The enthusiasm and focus expressed in the applications attests to the fact that the Le Cordon Bleu Master of Gastronomic Tourism continues to be held in high esteem by prospective students,” says Dr Roger Haden, Le Cordon Bleu's Manager, Educational Leadership.
