These packages allow guests to receive up to 30% off certain accommodations, activities and more.

The accommodation discount varies in value depending on how long a person plans on staying at Kingsmill Resort. AARP members that are staying for one night, for example, are entitled to 10% savings off the regular room rate. Individuals who plan on staying for two nights receive 20% savings, and those who will be staying three nights can enjoy 30% savings.

Additionally, AARP members are entitled to even more savings by selecting from a variety of different activities packages that are available regardless of the length of their stay. Guests receive 10% savings on 18 holes of golf on the River Course, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2015. Also included is a Swedish massage in the Kingsmill Spa, bike rentals to explore the area and non-motorized marina activities that include sea cycles, kayaking and more.

Guests may also receive 20% off 18 holes of golf on the Plantation Course, a European facial in the Kingsmill Spa, access to the tennis court and/or pontoon boat rentals for cruising the James River in style.

Finally, to deliver maximum value, AARP members Save 30% off golf club rentals, massage enhancements, ball machine rentals to use while enjoying the tennis court, or Jet Ski rentals..

These particular savings are designed to complement the discounts AARP members can save on their nightly accommodations, not replace them. It is possible to enjoy a 10% discount on a room and a 30% discount on a guest's activities selection, for example. The total promotion can be customized to better fit an individual's needs and preferences.

These discounted rates require a valid AARP membership card that will be presented at check-in and can not be combined with any other room discount rates that may be available. These rates are also not valid on packages, two- or three-bedroom condos or cottages.

The discounted rates are available for a limited time only and are not designed to last forever. AARP members can receive these rates on any bookings made from March 22 and Dec. 31, so don't delay.
