Hospitality Sales and Marketing Managers in Asia Pacific will have a unique opportunity to learn more about revenue generation and other important industry trends at the ASIA CONNECT conference series, happening October 5th in Singapore and October 10th in Macau. In Singapore, ASIA CONNECT will be held at the M Hotel in the heart of the central business district. The programme incorporates speakers from the Cornell Nanyang Technological University School of Hospitality, Mobil Travel Guide, LRA Worldwide and travel writer Yeoh Siew Hoon.
A key session linking HR and Marketing will emphasize on the importance of �Employee Engagement� as well as issues of why people leave an organization and how �Branding� is being used to attract the best talent to the companies of choice.
Special guests include Mr. Robert A. Gilbert, CHME, CHA, President and CEO of the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI), who will speak on �Addressing the Top Challenges & Issues Affecting Our World and Sales & Marketing Professionals', as well as members of HSMAI�s global board of directors who have chosen to gather in Singapore for their annual global board meeting. This will be the first global meeting for HSMAI held in the Asia Pacific region.
For the first time in Macau, ASIA CONNECT will be staged at The Venetian Macao Resort Hotel. The Macau programme will feature a key session moderated by Lucas Peng, Managing Director of IFH Asia Ltd, who will address the challenging issue of the �War for Talent', and lead a panel discussion. Another unique feature of the Macau programme is a session �In Conversation� with Eric Bello, Vice President of Sales for the Las Vegas Sands Corporation.
