Park Hotel Group celebrated the Grand Opening of its crown jewel - Grand Park Orchard on 10 October 2010.

The Hotel, previously known as Park Hotel Orchard, recently went through a SGD80 million dollar makeover and now offers luxurious comfort and modern conveniences to both business and leisure travellers.

Taking inspiration from being in the centre of Singapore's premier shopping district - Orchard Road, the Hotel is designed with fashion in mind. From its herringbone design glass facade to the fashion spread inspired wall murals in each room, the Hotel is dressed up to look its "fashionably best".

The glittering opening was marked by a traditional Lion Dance and colourful live entertainment. The ceremony was officiated by Guest of Honour Miss Stephanie Sun, Singaporean singer-songwriter and Singapore Tourism Board's newly appointed Ambassador to Greater China. It was hosted by Mr Allen Law, Director of Park Hotel Group and Mr Darren Ware, General Manager of Grand Park Orchard.

Most rooms come with large floor-to-ceiling windows, presenting Orchard Road at its glittering best. Suite room guests enjoy pampering amenities such as a 40-inch Bang & Olufsen LCD TV, Herman Miller designer desk chair, touch screen PCs with all-in-one printer, scanner and fax.
