Fairlawns Boutique Hotel & Spa has launched its new Private Villa Residence as well as the new Victoria Tea Lounge as part of its 2014 expansion plan.

Says Michael Kewley, managing director of the hotel: “We have plenty of improvements taking place this year and our newly opened Private Villa Residence is already receiving bookings for guests wishing to travel with their families or simply in need of a private residence during their visit to Johannesburg.”

The Private Villa Residence comes complete with two en-suite bathrooms, a dining room, lounge, private pool and garden; an added attraction is the privately situated cottage on the Villa Residence property, all within the tranquil Fairlawns estate but privately appointed from the hotel. This results in a total of 43 suites at the hotel.

The décor complements the elegance and grace with modern flair reflected throughout this award-winning hotel, with designs sourced during the owners' travels abroad as well as from their private bespoke collection.
