Get your skates on and glide along to Warwick Castle this Christmas season where Britains Greatest Mediaeval Experience will be transformed into a magical mediaeval Frost Fair complete with a specially constructed open air ice rink set amidst the splendour of the spectacular towers and turrets.
The colour, sights and sensations of a mediaeval Christmas will be brought vividly to life with a merry menu of entertainment and activities around the castle. Fire eaters will roam the grounds, as larger than life characters tell tall tales of Christmas myths and legends. Puppet shows and parody add a whimsical dose of seasonal farce and wannabe Knights will be desperate to meet the Castles resident Dragon, Kicwwar. But they wont be called upon to do any slaying as Kicwwar is far more friendly than fierce and blows more kisses than fire and will be looking forward to playing games and being silly with little visitors, his favourite past-time!
And beneath the awesome towers and turrets of Britains most impressive mediaeval castle, guests can take to the ice on a specially constructed out door ice rink set in the central courtyard. The icy magic will be further enhanced with snow machines and luminous, twinkling Christmas trees.
