The award was presented at the Devil's Lair Gala Ball, held at The Westin Perth on Monday, 30 March, celebrating excellence across Western Australia's accommodation and hospitality industry.
The Guest Services Team Award recognises outstanding service delivery and a commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences. This win highlights the team's dedication to consistently exceeding guest expectations and delivering warm, personalised service.
