Available for £85 per person from 14 May - 30 June, exclusively for tables of four or more, diners can indulge in the ultimate array of imaginatively meaty modern British classics, specially created by head chef Ian Rudge.
Starting with a delicious dish of pressed pavé of foie gras, confit beef rib, apple caramel and Somerset cider jelly, diners can then savour a subtly flavoursome fish-course of roasted monkfish ribs, English asparagus, wild garlic purée and shallot foam. Next, they can experience the ultimate Spring speciality with a robust combination of braised lamb ribs, roasted sweetbreads and an individual 'Lancashire hot-pot' before the pièce de résistance of The Rib Room's signature dish: chargrilled Aberdeen Angus rib of beef, served with beautiful crispy bone marrow, wild mushrooms and seasonal English vegetables.
Reminiscent of the British countryside, guests can experience a taste of Summer with a palate cleansing pre-dessert followed by fresh English strawberries accompanied by vanilla gel and a velvety hibiscus and vanilla ice cream. A must-try is the selection of English themed truffles to accompany the coffee.
