Promotional rates and panoramic views of fireworks on August 9

 

Singapore's 48th birthday on August 9 is being celebrated by affiliates of Worldhotels with panoramic views of the stunning fireworks and promotional rates at Hotel Fort Canning, Carlton Hotel and Carlton City Hotel.

 

On a hill overlooking Orchard Road and the Singapore River fireworks at Fort Canning Park, colonial-style Hotel Fort Canning is offering a 'National Day Birthday Treat' with a 48% discount on all rooms plus complimentary drinks at the Private Lounge from 6-8pm and buffet breakfast at The Glass House Restaurant.

 

Combining a fabulous view with the refined ambience of one of Singapore's most elegant boutique hotels, the 'birthday treat' extends throughout the month from August 1-31.

 

Carlton Hotel Singapore meanwhile offers promotional rates on Premier Club Rooms, welcoming guests to enjoy the National Day fireworks from the Club Lounge on the 19th floor. Rates start from S$308 a night, extending from August 2-11, for bookings by July 19.

 

Premier Club guests also enjoy complimentary evening cocktails and canapés from 6-8pm, where they can invite a guest if they wish, along with regular Club Lounge privileges including buffet breakfast, all-day refreshments and personalised check-in and check-out

 

Also complimentary is use of a meeting room for up to an hour, garment pressing and shoe polishing, plus late check-out till 3pm subject to room availability.

 

The latest addition to the Worldhotels portfolio will be the newly opened Carlton City Hotel Singapore, offering National Day staycation packages - Leisurely Weekends package and Bed and Breakfast package - starting from S$220 including complimentary Wi-Fi.

 

The hotel has a range of 386 guestrooms, each elegantly designed and tailored to the sophistication of its guest with a 40-inch LCD TV, cable channels, a fully stocked mini-bar, and a spacious bathroom with separate bath and shower facilities.
