Group Evolution has launched a spectacular competition to win Christmas at a luxurious, 19th Century, Chateau for up to 24 guests. This incredible prize, worth over £7,500, includes exclusive use of the luxury property and its magnificent facilities for five nights (23rd-28th December 2020).

These terms and conditions apply to the “October 2019 Prize Draw: Win a Christmas Break ″ competition (“The Competition”) run by Group Evolution Limited (“Group Evolution”) and, by claiming the prize, entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and agree to be bound by them.

The competition is open to any person aged 18 and over, except for employees of Group Evolution and their families, partners, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.

The Competition prize is exclusive use of Chateau de la Motte Henry, Pays de la Loire, France for the period from 23 December 2019 to 28 December 2019.

Group Evolution reserves the right to alter or amend the methods of entry or The Competition at any time.

To enter The Competition, the described action must be completed between 00.01 17/10/2019 and 23.59 18/11/2019.

The method of entry “Book a retreat (worth 3 entries)” describes the action of booking a retreat and not the date of the holiday itself.

Multiple entries by the same person will only be accepted for entries via “Book a retreat”

The method of entry “Subscribe to our newsletter”, describes the action of subscribing to our newsletter by entering your email into one of our sign up forms on the Group Evolution website. This method of entry is only available to new subscribers. Existing subscribers before 17 October 2019 will automatically be entered into the draw.

The Competition opens at 00.01 17/10/2019 and closes at 23.59 18/11/2019.

The winner will be selected at random and contacted before midnight on 20/11/2019. Winners must claim their prize within 3 days of notification or the prize will be void and a new winner selected. If the winner is unable to accept/ use the prize, the prize will be void and a new winner selected.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Group Evolution's decision on the winner is final.

The winner must provide proof of identity upon request.

Group Evolution is entitled to refuse to process any prize where it deems necessary. For example, if you are unable to or fail to produce sufficient identification when claiming a prize.

Group Evolution will not be held accountable for any costs, losses, damages and expenses (including travel fees) which the winner may incur in relation to The Competition or prize or as a result of any misrepresentation of the prize.

The winner accepts that there are terms and conditions governing the letting and use of the chateau (“the letting terms and conditions”) to which they must sign up before using the prize and these will be provided at the time of notifying the winner. T letting terms and conditions include, amongst other things, a damage deposit. The letting terms and conditions can be provided upon request by email.

All entrants acknowledge that the Chateau is in France and the necessary passports and travel documents including visas where applicable will be necessary for travel.

Group Evolution reserves the right to declare The Competition null and void and stage another competition in its place.

The Competition prize is non-transferable and there shall be no alternative prize or cash alternative offered.

By claiming The Competition prize constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
