Its large living room has handsome bay windows that pour light into the contemporary living space and overlook the attractive front garden.  In addition to a pretty wood-burning stove, two large and comfy sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, side tables and lamps, this generous living space comes with an entertainment package featuring a flatscreen Smart TV with Freesat, CD player and radio.

Across the hallway is the large open plan kitchen and dining room, which has direct access to the pretty gardens.  Here you can sit and enjoy enchanting views over the attractive hamlet of Lower Batson and out across Batson Creek.

Large family feasts are well catered for with a dining table seating up twelve, while the well equipped kitchen, which comes with its own breakfast bar, is fitted with an oven, hob, grill, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher, and comes with a wide selection of accessories and utensils.

Upstairs are six generous bedrooms, two of which have king-size beds and are en-suite.  The four other bedrooms consist of two bedrooms with bunk beds and two with twins.

Outside is a charming walled front garden with a patio, an outside dining table with seating for twelve, and a barbeque.  To the rear of the property is a large rear garden with plenty of space to romp around in, to play hide and seek in, and to soak up the sun.

Close by is Salcombe, a vibrant, busy little town, frequented by the rich and famous, yet full of Devon charm.  Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this picture perfect waterfront town has a selection of excellent restaurants and bars to choose from as well as individual boutiques, craft shops, jewellers, galleries and gift shops that punctuate its narrow streets.

A network of ferries operate in and around the town giving easy access to many local beaches that would otherwise be challenging to reach.  Nearby, East Portlemouth beach, for example, has a great selection of picturesque coves and fine soft sands to enjoy, where you can bathe or participate in a range of water sports.  Local sailing schools mean you can quickly learn the ropes of yachting, and the popular regatta, held each August, remains a huge draw to both yacht owners and visitors, with a range of races and events to enjoy.
