Rendezvous Grand Hotel Adelaide has been recognised by the Australian Hotel Association, South Australia at the AHASA Awards for Excellence 2013 as Best Deluxe Hotel.

This accolade highlights the outstanding and bespoke service that Rendezvous Grand Hotel Adelaide offers its guest and underlines the reason it celebrated 10 years of consecutive AAA-rated, five-star service in 2012.

"We are honoured to be named Best Deluxe Hotel," Scott Wilkinson, General Manager said. "One of our focuses is to offer impeccable service and this is what the Hotel has become known for.

"This accolade highlights the efforts made by all members of staff who have provided exemplary customer service in every way possible," Mr Wilkinson added.

Rendezvous Grand Hotel Adelaide will now go on to compete in the National AHA Awards for Excellence, held in Canberra on 02 October, 2013.

Throughout its now 11 years of operation, Rendezvous Grand Hotel Adelaide has won a range of awards including receiving Trip Advisor Certificate for Excellence in both 2011 and 2012.

Held on Tuesday 23 July at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, more than 750 guests attended the prestigious AHASA Awards for Excellence, which unites the hotel industry to honour the achievement of excellence in a wide range of categories. A highlight on the South Australian calendar, guests were entertained by Leo Sayer and Adelaide band, The Attack.
