The latest addition to La Reserva de Sotogrande, The Beach, is now open.
The Beach at La Reserva de Sotogrande is a tranquil inland oasis boasting an impressive array of leisure facilities for families and individuals, centred around a stunning , sandy-bottomed fresh water swimming and water sports lagoon. Complete with beach and beach club, some 4km from the shores of the Mediterranean, The Beach is nestled in the hills of La Reserva, Sotogrande's secure, one of a kind, 1,154 acre private residential community.
The opening of The Beach is the latest step in La Reserva's plans to create a new standard for contemporary resort living where individuals have the opportunity to reconnect with themselves, their families and their friends. The Beach includes Europe's first 35,000 square foot fresh water swimming lagoon with a unique sandy bottom – the only of its kind in Spain - recreating the natural experience of the sea. It weaves its way through beautifully designed relaxation areas fringed with loungers and cabanas.
An elegant Beach Club with a full-service beach front restaurant provides guests with space to relax and take in the idyllic setting, while enjoying the club's excellent service and cuisine.
The sports lagoon, set in a beautifully landscaped park, hosts a variety of water sports and activities amid stunning views of the sea, hills, and the renown 18-hole championship La Reserva golf course. A boat house, featuring its own slipway and jetty, lagoon island and beach, and summer café for children surround the 170,000 square feet of lagoon.
In addition, a new tennis pavilion complements the existing clay tennis and padel courts, as well as an adults-only lap pool for swimmers and those seeking calm and privacy, and spa cabana for the ultimate in pampering relaxation.
For younger visitors, a vibrant Kids Club offers a host of fun-filled activities and retro style food trucks open throughout the day creating the perfect environment for families.

Located on the hill of La Reserva de Sotogrande, this unexpected oasis offers the perfect place to relax in harmony with its stunning natural surroundings. Guests can enjoy a dip in the stunning fresh water swimming lagoon or beautiful infinity pool, bask in the sun on the over-sized sunbeds, drift away while receiving a massage or enjoy delicious local cuisine at the water front restaurant. The Beach Club also features signature cocktails while a curated Bohemian chic retail experience awaits at the shop. At night, the Beach Club comes alive with a monthly calendar of events, theme parties and DJs mixing the latest tracks.
Now open to all, both will eventually be exclusively available to La Reserva Club members and residents.

Open all-day, the sophisticated, laid-back atmosphere makes the Restaurant an intimate haven for Sotogrande guests and residents alike, with year-round al fresco dining.
