Supper Club presents its Lumière Package

For the first time, Supper Club has curated a Vivid-inspired experience offering guests a night-time wonder of lights and decadence with its twisted cocktails and dessert package. The package includes three digstif twisted cocktails featuring the Botrytis Caribbean Old-fashioned, Pedro Martinez and Cold Drip Negroni. Paired with the signature dessert by 117 dining, you'll indulge in a haven of summer fairy floss, passionfruit, strawberry compote, cardamom crumble and meringue. Set among Sydney's only rooftop lounge and wrap-around terrace, views sweep 270 degrees giving you unprecedented access to some of the city's most coveted illuminated icons.

117 dining presents an innovative three-course menu, blending seasonal ingredients from local producers to present its 'five choice' menu. For an elevated experience, each booking will also finish the evening with an exclusive invitation to Supper Club from 9:00pm.

Cafe Opera transforms into a colourful buffet of seafood decadence

With its theatrical displays of live cooking stations, market fresh seafood, chef's selections of hot and cold cuisine and spectacular dessert buffet, Cafe Opera ignites this Vivid season with its tailored dinner package. To mark the celebration, guests will also delight in a complimentary glass of Bidbadgen Sparkling Kir Royal.

Vivid Laneway pops up this season

In a kaleidoscopic fair of colour, the InterContinental Sydney pop-up laneway reappears for an exclusive fair of private dining and mystic. Nestled between sandstone enclaves on Macquarie Street, the laneway presents an evening perfect for corporate entertaining with its preset shared entrees, a decadent three-course set main and signature dessert. Beverages are also included to cater for a carefree evening and all guests will receive an exclusive invitation to Supper Club for a Vivid-inspired cocktail atop level 31.
