Coastal Cuisine                              Drift Kitchen + Bar 

Drift Kitchen + Bar presents an intimate and comforting al fresco dining environment overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with seating for 200. Inspired by a cultivation of culinary experiences, Drift Kitchen + Bar, combines contemporary American Bistro with fresh local seafood selections. Guests enjoy hand selected wine lists and carefully curated craft beer and cocktails with fresh caught seafood, prime cuts, delicious salads and house-made pastas. Lunch is served 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. and dinner is available 5 – 10 p.m. daily.

Drift Lounge + Chef Bar

Drift Lounge + Chef Bar offers craft cocktails made with fresh syrups and herbs, both created and grown on resort grounds. Fresh ingredients and quality spirits are the cornerstone of the cocktail program. Premium craft beers and select wine and bubbles are offered and accompanied by a menu of fresh raw bar offerings, curated charcuterie and artisanal cheese boards, all showcasing locally-sourced produce. Drift Lounge + Chef Bar is open Monday – Thursday 11 a.m. - 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. - 12 a.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Barista Bar

Guests enjoy lattes and a range of healthy breakfast options, including fresh juices and classic comforts from the Barista Bar, which offers a delicious, robust Sunday Brunch. Breakfast is served daily 7-11 a.m.

Families enjoy poolside dining with an all-day menu featuring an assortment of light bites, sandwiches, burgers, wraps and a whimsical children's menu. Catered cabanas, lining the Reflections Pool are available upon request and great for families needing a break from the sun. Open daily 11 a.m. to sunset.

Dune Beach Bar

In between laps in the pool and beachside activities, guests enjoy the adults' Dune Beach Bar for light bites and fresh beverages. Open daily 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

For a more intimate setting, guests enjoy in-room offerings from Drift Kitchen + Bar and morning breakfast baskets of fresh breads, organic fruits and locally sourced Natalie's Juice; coffee and teas are available daily.

Seaside Swimming                            Reflections Pool

                                                      Reflections Pool offers families a sun-drenched pool deck complete with a hot tub and Pool Bar.                                                      May to October is sea turtle nesting season where the more than 35 miles of Atlantic Coast beach is available for sea turtles to lay their eggs. Sea turtles, many of which are currently listed as threatened or endangered, are greatly affected by light pollution, causing hatchlings to become disoriented and head away from the Florida Coast after emerging from their nests. With this in mind, Hutchinson Shores is committed to protecting marine wildlife and designed all lighting around the property to be “turtle friendly,” allowing for no white light to be visible from the beach.
