Aussie Brewery Tours offer a selection of flexible full day tours to the Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula and around inner city Melbourne. They have also just launched a new four hour Urban Beer Odyssey night tour in Melbourne visiting three different inner city breweries and craft beer venues.

The itineraries for all tours are fully flexible and are designed to showcase the best of the best depending on the time of year, day of the week and what specialty products are available. Tours can also be tailored for specific group requests.

Established in 2011 by Melbourne local Scott Dewar, Aussie Brewery Tours have been designed to introduce guests to some of Victoria's best beer and cider in a fun and relaxed environment. Since launching, Aussie Brewery Tours have introduced four different tour products across three regions, coordinated various beer and food events and picked up a number of service awards.

Tour details 

Yarra Valley Cider & Ale Trail
This tour takes guests on a trip to the picturesque Yarra Valley, only an hour from Melbourne. Participants visit a number of different venues such as Napoleone Brewery & Ciderhouse and Hargreaves Hill Brewery. At each venue they are encouraged to sniff, swirl and sip an incredible range of ales and lagers along with dry and sweet ciders, artisan gin, strawberry and blueberry wines, ports and sparkling drinks. The tour, which departs daily, apart from Wednesday and Thursday, also includes a VIP back-of-house brewery floor tour and a gourmet lunch.

Melbourne Urban Beer Odyssey
This ultimate beer lovers experience cruises around Melbourne's most awarded and innovative urban breweries where old-world styles and new world inspiration collide to create a beer lovers heaven. Participants are introduced to chocolate, vanilla, coffee, toffee and bacon flavoured beer, refreshing summer ales, crisp lagers, fruit infused barrel aged ales and experimental single batch brews. Breweries visited include Temple Brewery, Moon Dog Brewery and Two Birds Brewery. Guests can choose from either a full day tour visiting five breweries and craft beer venues, or the new Urban Beer Odyssey night session visiting three venues. Day tours run on Friday's, with the night session taking place on Thursday evenings.
Cost: $160 for full day tour, $105 for night tour (4 hour duration)

The Ultimate Aussie Beer & Cider Sunday Session – Mornington Peninsula
Discovering the best breweries and cideries on the Mornington Peninsula makes for the ideal Sunday session. On this tour, participants discover an incredible range of over 25 different beers and ciders throughout the day and enjoy a tasty lunch with a touch of live music. Venues visited include Hix Beer at Hickenbotham Winery and Red Hill Brewery. This tour runs every Sunday.
Cost: $160

Aussie Brewery Tours was established in 2011 by Melbourne local Scott Dewar, who set up the company to showcase Victoria's best beer and cider in a fun and relaxed environment.
